ABOUT US
Eco Tyre Tread Solutions is a Commercial Tyre Retreading company manufacturing environmentally-friendly retreaded tyres, based in Belturbet, Co.Cavan. Our facility has the most modern and up to date equipment in the country supplied by world leaders in retreading technology, Matteuzzi.
We have the capacity to manufacture 15,000 truck tyres per year and all tyres are quality stamped by ETTS to meet the stringent criteria set out by the European Body of Tyre approval.

RETREADS

Our facility has the most modern and up to date equipment in the country supplied by world leaders in retreading technology, Matteuzzi. The process is approved by NSAI and ETTS is a fully certified Goodyear Approved Retreader (GAR).
EXTENDS PRODUCT LIFE SPAN
Multiple retreads extend casing life and cost recovery on the initial purchase cost. As with all tyres, inflation management is vital in preserving casing integrity. Tyres allowed to run under-inflated or overloaded can suffer internal damage that often can be spotted only during the retreader’s intake inspection.
COST SAVING
Retreading your existing tyres is a smart, economical and cost saving way to run your business given the costs associated with purchasing new tyres. Following a good tyre maintenance programme, worn tyres can be retreaded up to four or five times but normally you can expect to retread a tyre at least twice. This will result in savings of up to 40% each time it is retreaded when compared to the price of new leading brand tyres.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
It requires approximately 7 gallons of crude oil to produce a retread as opposed to 22 gallons of oil it takes to manufacture a new tyre. Retreading extends the life of used tyres thus reducing the number of tyres sent to waste disposal.
